Le Viaduc de Millau and Pont du Gard Aquaduct
On my trip to France I visited the famous Viaduc de Millau, and was just amazed by the sheer size of it. Le Viaduc de Millau is nestled in the Valley of the River Tarn and towers over the nearby town of Millau.
Unfortunately it was very cold there and the sky was bland, so I used levels and some dramatic lighting to increase the contrast and create something a little more interesting.
This was taken from the observation area, again the sky wasn’t anything to talk about so applied some dynamic lighting.

In contrast to the Millau Viaduct I visited the Pont du Gard Aqueduct:
“The Pont du Gard is an aqueduct in the South of France constructed by the Roman Empire, and located in Vers-Pont-du-Gard near Remoulins, in the Gard département.” [Read the rest on Wikipeadia]
